Dustin Renwick is a writer and an avid avoider of coffee. He raced four years of collegiate track and field for the Fighting Bees of St. Ambrose University and then competed for the University of Missouri club triathlon team while he earned his master’s degree from the School of Journalism. He currently runs and coaches with Capital YTri in the District of Columbia. You can find him sweating with November Project DC the rest of the week.
